The following videos show Micky the English cocker spaniel doing bumper retrieves in cover. There were some retrieves he had to do downhill, which required him to use his nose a lot. I really admire the work this little pup is doing at 5 months old.
By exposing your puppies and dogs to different terrain and cover, you'll increase their confidence and boldness during upland hunting trips, hunt tests, and field trials.
